The company Optimizer GmbH, further Optimizer, guarantees performance of
the order, service of web-hosting and technical
support within 1 year.
Orders will be executed only after the amount due has been received in
full.
If your traffic exceeds more than 3 Gb per month, your site will be
transferred to an appropriate hosting-plan. Pricedifferences
for such higher hosting-plans have to be paid by the customer. A domain is
registered free-of-charge for the period of 1 year,
in a zone .com, .net or .org. On request of the customer we can register the
domain for 2 - 10 years against a charge of $14.50/year.
Our standard delivery package is FREE. You pay only for webhosting services for your domain - 29,95 USD/month.
On request of the customer any additional number of banners, an individual
design and listing of the site in more than 10000 search engines, catalogues
and rangingboards can be made at a small surcharge.
Term of delivery of the site: 14 working days after reception of money, a
standard site will be ready. Individual adjustments away from the standard
site will take more time and an individual schedule will be agreed with the
customer.
Optimizer provides a payment service to execute payouts to customers users.
Money can be paid
1. By Check: 2 dollars from the check are subtracted as processing fee.
2. Bank wire: 7 dollars are subtracted from the payment and cover senders
banking fees, receivers have to pay any fees of the receivers bank.
3. Transfer on a credit card of the client (Visa or MasterCard): 3,9 % + 70
cents are deduced from every payment.
Optimizer will pay out requested users after the amount due has been
received from a webmaster. Webmasters can send a list of all users they want
to pay and send the specific amount in one as Paypal-payment, bankwire or
check to Optimizers accounts.
AFFILIATE PROGRAMM
We pay $10 for every order made through your referral-link and $1 for
every order from your 2nd referral level.
You must no use SPAM for advertising. A users account will be closed right
away without payment in case we receive SPAM complaints.
You cannot refer yourself to earn a referral-commission.
You can only have
one account.
Payments can be requested as soon as your balance exceeds $50. An affiliate
commission is credited as soon as we have received full
payment for the specific order. As soon as you affiliate account reaches an
unpaid balance of $50 and more, a special cash-out button will apprear in
your members section. Just press it to request your payment.
